"All staff were respectful and mostly helpful. I think some were pleasant but not well trained in or short of problem solving skills. I found front desk staff quite helpful with some business support that I needed. Despite a nice looking room with a kitchenette, we were a bit frustrated with the heating and cooling controls that didn't work properly. Also, the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were not filled so that adds unnecessary frustration. A daily light cleaning would help. The breakfast had reasonable variety but could be improved with: better quality coffee, daily fresh fruit and fully cooked hot items such bacon (undercooked microwave bacon is unappetizing to say the least). Nice pool and hot tub."

"My spouse and I stayed for the night. The shower controls were stuck and when calling to the front desk was treated like a moron. After getting shower working the shampoo and body wash supplementary wasn't replaced at all. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Morning staff was understanding."
