Staff really friendly and helpful, bed is comfy (nice and soft with large cushy pillows). Room was clean and well maintained. Bonus is that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel which offers everything from a full breakfast to a steak dinner. Will atay there again.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Longest check-in of my life. Definitely not a newer hotel. Room was absolutely freezing when we checked in and we had a hard time regulating the temperature the whole night.

Stayed here for baseball provincials. Hotel was very clean with very friendly staff. Pool area and gym were clean and not busy which was great. On site Smitty's was a great option for breakfast tho lots of food options within a 2 block radius. Beds were a bit soft and flood lights in parking lot kept room light at all hours of night but knowing vehicles were secure was not an issue. Microwave did not work and room fridge kept items cool not cold. Overall hotel was great. Stay here again.

Pleasant experience at this Holiday Inn. Nice staff, easy check in, and convenient dining options nearby if you crave that late night Wendizzle. Conveniently located right on the Trans-Canada Highway (TC 16) for those crossing the country as I was. I had some concerns about theft-related crimes of opportunity around hotel parking lots for travellers in this boundary city, but was absolutely unconcerned on arrival with views of parking out windows and security cameras pointing in all directions around the lot. Great Holiday Inn, I’ll be back the next time I’m heading back to Ontario.
