"Accessible rooms 2/3 of the length of the hall.away from the elevator. That doesn't help an individual that can still walk, but it is difficult. Needed ADA for bathroom accessibility. Shower diverter did not work for overhead shower. They have recently started charging a fee to park in their parking lot which eas not disclosed on expedia. There is not off street prking available so you have to park in their lot. Just include parking in your room fee and customers will be less annoyed. Beds were NOT comfortable. "

"The breakfast was excellent. They offered many good choices. The breakfast area was comfortable. The indoor pool was very very relaxing. Was highly disappointed that the hot tub is out of order for an unknown amount of time. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked this property. Overall my stay was good. The beds were comfortable.."

"Very dirty, overcrowded pool and hot tub....hair clumps evwrywhere! Rooms were dirty and floors sticky in bathrooms. One elevator was broken and the one functioning one was so slow it was faster to take the 7 flights of stairs to our room. Beds were uncomfortable. Couldnt even get food at the breakfast because thwre were too many people. Will never be staying here again."

"I couldn’t get into my room at first and then I went down to the front desk, the person at the desk told me the door sticks so I have to wiggle the handle to even get it open. I had a question so I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the desk again to ask the question "

"Not a real kitchenette. Microwave the size of a toaster. Refrigerator can hold few small bottles or cans. Couldn't find a safe as listed. Few broken items, like flap on P-tac unit (ac) drawer in kitchenette, toilet paper holder, loose towel holders. Room seemed clean upon arrival, but definitely needed a good cleaning under beads . Swiming pool liner was kind of slimy and water smelled more like sewage. Buffet breakfast was ok. Guests, questionable specimens. Staff, friendly. Hotel must be made with cardboard and aluminum. You can hear people walking and talking. Doors closing so loud you fell like some kind of testing site for military. Overall, ok, and only ok. "
