« This is a beautiful home that met or exceeded our needs. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable.Other than a misunderstanding on the set up of beds our stay was perfect. Each room only has one bed with the exception of the bunk room. I thought one of the other bedrooms had 2 beds from the description. We were able to adjust for our needs and had a great stay.Thanks for a great stay!! »

« I have stayed in several hotels, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I asked for a late checkout because I work night shift, I was granted a 12 pm late checkout… Housekeeping woke me up at 11, I told her I had a late checkout 20 minutes later, manager comes and knocks on the door forgetting he told me about a late checkout granted me an extra 30 minutes… Housekeeping came back at 12 and woke me up again. The amount of miscommunication and lack of respect at this hotel is...

« Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. »
