"The room was filthy, the bathroom ceiling had mold all over it, the floor around the toilet was completely soft and there was a broken chair in the room"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a nice breakfast set up with cold and hot choices. They had a clean pool, but it was pretty cold. It was still nice to have the pool for the kids to swim and play. The room was nice but we had a men’s pair of socks and underwear in the bathroom when we checked in. We used a trash bag to pick it up and throw it away, but it was behind the door so they did not check there when cleaning. Overall, a nice stay!"

"This place had plenty of beds to house our family and we loved our stay. I will say it needs a good cleaning. The trash wasnt taken out and the dishes were still in the dishwasher. The hot tub smelled musty too so we didn't really use it like we had hoped to! Other than that this was a great place for our family for a weekend getaway!"

"Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. "
