« The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down. »

« Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor. »

« The receptionist has poor customer service skills. I booked and paid two months in advance, yet when I arrived at the hotel, neither my room nor my reservation was ready. The manager simply said they had resold the rooms and told me to just accept the one being offered. Very poor customer service. »

« The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...
