"Parking was pretty easy. Pub underneath the hotel was a bit loud. Rooms were not very soundproof at all. The rooms were in rough shape —- sprinkler in the room was poorly sealed. The bathroom roof had mud put on the roof and it was messy and never sanded down. The beds were terrible. It was old. No Reno’s and no elevator. So be ready to hike stairs! "

"I cannot say enough positive about our experience at Crystal Lake Lodge. Owners were very responsive to requests prior and during our stay. The main lodge is absolutely amazing and the other three cabins were perfect. We were having a family reunion and decided it would be nice to have our two suppers catered. Unbelievable food. Thank you so much. I don’t recall ever having a steak that tender and so much flavour. There was so much to do. We did bring some outdoor games with us and the ‘court’ was perfect for our tournaments. We all highly recommend Crystal Lake Lodge!"
