My room was paid for in advance with a receipt in hand and credit card charge applied to my account. Two hour delay at check in. Had to intervene myself to get it sorted.
If you want to use technology, know how to resolve issues when they occur.

This was our second stay as we passed through town. Convenient location. Friendly desk staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Could use stronger lights in room and bathroom. Hard to read and put on makeup. Hallway carpet really needs stretching. Sorry to see microbrewery next door burnt down. Would definitely not recommend Black clover pub down the street. Terrible food and terrible service.
