"My wife has limited mobility and can’t walk easily. Your staff person at checkin was so kind as to move her own car so we could park in a place closer to the entrance and to our room. The hilly parking lot could be challenging otherwise. This morning a staff member was parked in the only handicapped parking space, which made it difficult for us to go to breakfast."

"Love the coffee and tea available in the lobby. The shampoo and body wash in the bathroom are nice and there is plenty. I did not like the weird entrance to the pool area. You have to go outside through the parking lot or the side of the building on a busy road and it is not convenient with little kids. "
