Nice staff, great restaurant good ambiance. The gothic area dirty, graffiti right by the front of entrance,garbage in the corner. For a 5 star rating, need attention to detail such as lots of stains on the carpet my room, the lock on door in my room got stuck numerous times.

Wow, What an amazing experience staying at This hotel Torre Melina. Everything was spectacular concierge, Reception, Dining options, And the shuttle to downtown
The breakfast buffet was one of the best of experience in a very long time, Lots of options to choose from my niece is vegetarian, and she was very satisfied
The rooms are amazing. The showers and the bed made it impossible for you to want to even leave your room.
I was very surprised at how great the hotel was because some reviews stated otherwise
I was here for a conference with my wife and niece and everyone of us afterwards regretted leaving as our stay was very satisfying
I totally recommend staying at this hotel and I can’t wait to visit again

"The staff was courteous and professional. The property had complimentary airport shuttle, mini-bar (sodas, juice, water and full breakfast menu. 2 restaurants on property with delicious food. My only complaint is the dust, staff could dust a furniture and wash or paint stains on the walls."
