"The hotel itself is smart and has a good restaurant. Unfortunately I stayed in one of the apartments at the rear of the building and it was poor. The electrical circuits were random and bodged. The bathroom cabinets a mess and the shower head sprayed water and was poorly attached to the tiles."

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon trip and we loved it so much we debated changing our entire trip just to add more nights. The room was perfect and the front desk staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. They even had a little surprise in our room for us when we arrived which was so sweet. I will definitely stay here again next year for the SailGP race. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with wonderful views of the beach and Sea. The restaurants in the hotel and along the strip are wonderful. Everything is within a hour’s walk or 15 min taxi. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing towels, bandaids/antiseptic and everything I needed. The jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice surprise.

Keep a pair of socks to dispose after. Yes, that's a wall in front of the toilet so learn to sit sideways.
