We visited for New Years we saw a small fireworks display which was nice as we watched from the hotel balcony. The only issue was the room was often warm and stuff so we would open the window for some air but there was an awful smell that Would come in. The staff were so nice and friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Easy to find your way around.
Compliments to house keeping as it was immaculately clean and kept beautifully. Breakfasts were great with an excellent choice. The restaurant was lovely and I could have eaten there everyday. Staff were particularly nice and helpful there. Similar comments apply for reception. However I will get a better positioned room next time. Not the hotels fault. It is conveniently positioned for tram link to metro system so no need for taxis or buses. All in all I am pleased but will attend to room choice more closely next time.
