No issue with the noise previously mention in other reviews. We arrived after 5pm, self check in was very simple. During office hours, there is a receptionist, she was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Soft pads on chairs & tables would help. There was no information on how to use any equipment - Induction hob was a mystery so we could not use it and Induction frying pans were filthy. An information pack would be useful. Fridge opened the wrong way to reach from the kitchen! No bread knife or corkscrew(!) was provided. An intro pack of tea, coffee sugar and milk sachets would have been appreciated. No drawer space so we had to leave clothes in suitcases. Shower was very dark with a rainfall overhead, plus handheld head which only pointed at the door, making showering without getting hair wet very tricky. Shower caps would be useful! 'Bedside' lights very bright as in ceiling, Reading impossible without disturbing my partner.
