"The hotel is a historic icon and they’ve kept the old world charm preserved beautifully. However, the lobby had an odd smell, like ammonia from the public bathroom. This is my second time staying here and the odour hasn’t changed. The rooms are spacious and well kept but was missing a few toiletries and one of the lamps wasn’t working. It wasn’t an issue though; as soon as we voiced our concern, they gave us everything we needed for the room. Valet was so incredibly kind even at 3am (took a family member to the airport). Besides the ammonia smell, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again."

"One elevator worked, the rest were out of order. For a large hotel, this meant lines at the one functional elevator and / or multiple flights of stairs that were not fun with baggage in tow. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Rooms were spacious but walls are thin and gap at entry door meant you could hear all the hallway traffic. "

"The room was clean. Location was perfect. The shuttle works very well and frequently. Breakfast was fine. As an airport hotel with a complimentary breakfast, we as guests, use to have some snack/cupcakes/coffee station for early flight guests. (Before breakfast Hours)"
