"My stay was a graduation present for my grandson (we made visits to Manhattan and Brooklyn). My score would have been 5 stars, had it not been for the weather (it was hot, air conditioning in bedrooms only). Check-in took a little longer because of another tenant taking too many keys, leaving me having to use an emergency key. Host did his best in all of this, felt very safe in the neighborhood. I gave my grandson the glam bedroom, which he loved! I would rent again."

"We had an amazing stay! The trip into the city was an easy uber. Street parking was easy to find on the side street. Super fun and decorated very pink and cute, with amazing nyc views. John/mirasol are so kind and respond very quickly. For future guests I don’t believe there is an ice maker or trays so plan accordingly."

"The host was excellent on communicating and updating with any information or questions we had. The room was in excellent shape and just as described/shown in the images. I will not hesitate to book with the host again in the future!"
