« We had an excellent 7-night stay in the Surfside Studio. The studio itself is quite nice and recently updated. Communication with the owner and onsite management company was excellent as well. The Grande Bay location is the best on the island, close yet not too close. »

« Wonderful views of the bay. At first we had some difficulty communicating with host, delayed response. There were 2 days of Island power outages which shuts down water,refrigeration and AC. No living room, couch is in the bedroom. Piles of black hair in the corners, oven inoperable and don’t forget to turn on the switch in the bathroom to turn on water heater, otherwise it’s a cold shower. « We loved the beach, but in June you will have sarcasm. Other beaches on St Thomas remove it every morning. The food on the beach was okay. The condo is real nice. I would recommend new sofa covers and maintenence like replacing loose towel racks and patching walls. The kitchen is fantastic as well as the washer and dryer. They have detergent there for you. Really nice. »

« Our host, Andre, was responsive and welcoming. The reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 stars is due to a very uncomfortable couch and no other place to sit inside except for two chairs that go with the very large table on the balcony. There’s some kind of table under the tv but I was afraid to touch it, and no place to locate it. The mattress was so so as were the pillows, the bureau was adequate enough for a short stay but we made do as we stayed 2-1/2 weeks. I would recommend putting the bureau under...
