Lounge Holidays are thrilled to offer this stunning, newly converted, Gothic Style Chapel, sleeping up to 14 guests, with a hot tub and offering genuine 5\* self-catering, family accommodation. 5 Minutes from the town and 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach!

This former Methodist chapel, originally built in 1871 offers a superb, contemporary holiday home with private off road parking plus a lovely garden (rare for a converted Chapel), perfect for large families and ideal for retreats, (lots of floor space for yoga mats etc) events and courses.  
  
ACCOMMODATION  
  
This magnificent mainly ‘open plan' property offers very spacious accommodation, utilising the former chapel at the front and the vestry to the rear part, but unlike a number of other conversions, it retains many original features, such as the gallery and feature ceilings.  
  
No expense has been spared to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  
  
All the furniture is ‘hotel quality' bedding & soft furnishing that are beyond what one would expect in a boutique-style holiday home. There is a lovely landscaped private rear garden with hot tub and BBQ area to the sides.  
  
There's a bed settee for guests, a £35 supplement per extra guest applies.  
  
GROUND FLOOR  
Entertainment Room  
  
From the porch, you access a fabulous open plan ‘family entertainment/sitting room' with the original gallery surrounding it and a stunning high ‘feature ceilings' original chapel glass lamps, big stained glass picture windows, a huge wood burner and seating area.  
  
The flooring is laminate ‘oak effect' throughout. There are:

2 armchairs and 1 x 3 seater  
Leather Chesterfield settees  
Several coffee tables and side tables  
A 3/4 size snooker table  
Table tennis table

There are big stained glass picture windows, a huge wooden table & 10 chairs, extra chairs are available.

For your entertainment, there is a 32" Sony TV with Freesat, DVD player, midi sound system, selection of books, DVDs and games.

Twin white wood beds, 3 & 5 drawer chest of drawers, books & games, carpeted floor, view of the garden to the rear.  
  
Family bathroom:  
  
With wood effect cushion flooring, bath with mixer taps & electric shower over, pedestal WH basin & WC. Velux windows.  
  
Gallery Area:  
  
To the front of the Chapel, 2 set of original stairways lead to the original gallery area, which has been retained and restored and provided a lovely ‘chillout zone' to enjoy reading and playing games. With original wooden pews & balconies, original glass lamps and a fabulous decorated ceiling that has been lovingly preserved as a true original feature. Books and games are also provided in the elevated sitting area and there are seats all around the gallery. This area provides access to 3 further bedrooms.  
  
Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2)  
  
With original glass lamps and fabulous plastered ceiling, real oak King sized bed frame, 2 bedside tables, single wardrobe, 6 drawer chest of drawers, 24" TV, carpeted floor and big stained glass picture window.  
  
En-suite bathroom: with ‘Italian style' wall tiling, wood effect cushion flooring, corner bath with mixer shower, enclosed walk in shower, WC, pedestal WH basin & big stained-glass picture window.  
  
Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2)  
  
This stunning ‘loft bedroom' is accessed by a short staircase, through twin oak doors with a lovely stained-glass window above, just off the gallery area.  
  
With beamed sloping ceiling, real oak King sized bed frame, bedside table, oak double wardrobe, drawer chest of drawers, 24" TV, carpeted floor and Velux windows.  
  
En-suite bathroom: (below the bedroom) with ‘Italian style' wall tiling, wood effect cushion flooring, cubicle shower, WC, pedestal WH basin.  
  
Bedroom 6 (sleeps 2)  
  
With original glass lamp and fabulous ceiling, real oak King sized bed frame, bed settee, 2 X bedside tables, twin wardrobe, 3 drawer chests of drawers, 24" TV, carpeted floor and 2 big stained glass picture window.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  
  
Short breaks when available outside of the School holidays : Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights.  
  
Prices inclusive of electric, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Sorry, no pets in the school holidays.  
  
We reserve the right to charge a security deposit of £399 for properties with a hot tub, payable directly to Lounge Holidays and reimbursed within 14 days of departure as per our website T&Cs.  
  
The Chapel comfortably sleeps 12 people, but we can accommodate 14 (2 sleeping on a bed settee) A £35 per extra person surcharge applies.
