The TV remote did not work so I had to change the channel by going to the satellite box and manually changing it. I was told that there was no working remote for that room. Breakfast was a joke. No glasses for milk, very little provided. We, along with other guest, ended up going to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Overall, a very bad experience."
