« Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended. »

« L’acceuil est très bien , heureusement parce que l’hotel est horriblement mal tenu. Très sale , ça sent la poussière dans la chambre et quand on ouvre la fenêtre (a l’étage en tout cas) il faut chasser les araignées qui prolifèrent. Je ne parlerai même pas de l’etat du climatiseur :( Pas cher mais on comprend pourquoi. Ne regardez pas sous les lits lol. »

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
