"Love staying at the dorm. It is right on Cornell campus with on site parking. Rooms are a bit on the small side but charming decorations and impeccably clean. Love the living room in the lobby with beer bar, cozy couches games and books. We enjoyed outside back deck and played cards and enjoyed takeout dinner out there. Staff is wonderful"

"Wonderful stay on campus. Hotel is beautifully maintained. Staff is overly helpful. Enjoyed a drink at the bar, great atmosphere. Loved complimentary water in rooms and upon check out. Loved it will def stay again."

"Place was clean but very run down. Rugs dirty, tub all rusty., mattresses could have been a better quality. Ok for one night but if I could have found another room even for double the price I would have switch places."

"Room 205 is the most disgusting room I have ever seen. There were stains on carpet, bedding and towels, dismantled smoke detector, hairs in bed, mouse droppings in the bathroom. The room smelled of food that was recently cooked. The whole place needs to be updated and cleaned. The only positives were the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok. How is this ok and charge what they do for a nights stay is beyond me! Do not stay here!!"

"This is a real find. Beautiful property, stunning views and really helpful staff. The food at the restaurant is amazing. Great continental breakfast in the morning included. The rooms - spacious, good views, great extras - coffee, teas, chocolates, water. Overall great stay and also right by the falls and the lake."
