Rooms, clean. Not big at all-bathroom occupies 40% of the space. Check in-all the other reviews touching on this are correct: it’s odd and unnecessary without explanation for the interrogation. Breakfast was busy, but well stocked and staff were more than pleasant.

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

The staff were great, lots of space for anything one could want! The only complaint would be that I wish the bedding were a bit cleaner, as there was hair and a stain. The rest of the area was very clean and visually pleasing. The hotel is located in a convenient and great area.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was fabulous everyday with so many options, the pool/hot tub was fun, the location for walking to the metro centre, CN tower, aquarium and Scotia Bank Centre was convenient, all was clean, and the overall vibe was just PERFECT!
