Les chambres étaient propres et le lits très confortable et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. Les déjeuner sont excellents et le personnel gentil . La piscine était très agréable mais il serait mieux si on pouvait avoir accès à des serviette de piscine et qu’elle soit ouverte jusqu’à 21-22h

stay here every time I’m in Bordeaux, and it has become my favourite hotel in the city. On my last visit, I accidentally booked a room in the separate building. It was charming and perfectly comfortable, but not quite the experience I had expected. If it’s your first stay, I would definitely recommend booking a room in the main building, where the rooms are beautifully designed and really showcase the character of the hotel. The staff are consistently excellent—professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming—which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. For me, it’s still the best place to stay in Bordeaux.

The room was very comfortable. It had good air conditioning, which was especially important during the heat wave. It was spacious and had a good location for our purposes. The room and the shared spaces were impeccably clean. We would be happy to return.

Outstanding luxury property in the heart of Bordeaux, right in front of the Opera House! I regularly stay in IHG properties, and these folks truly know what excellence in customer service means! Every one else should learn from them. Got an upgrade to a premium suite (thank you!), and the entire staff, amenities, bar, breakfast options were amazing! Can't appreciate the staff more than this! Will definitely recommend for a truly comfortable and luxurious stay!
