The airlines misplaced my luggage and the staff were unbelievably supportive and helpful throughout the challenges of contacting the airlines. The location of the hotel is wonderful—central but on a quiet side street. Not overly luxurious but very comfortable beds and everything you need as a traveler

We have stayed at the hôtel several times in recent months and cannot fault the standard of service or cleanliness of the entire hotel. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms are bright, airy and spotlessly clean. Our go to place in Bordeaux for a relaxing stay and so close to tram and main shopping areas. Highly recommend.
