"Hotel is being remodeled at the moment so the bar and restaurant are closed. They did have cart in the main dining room that served as a bar and they served food. My wife and a couple friends raved about the lobster Mac and cheese. I skipped dinner. We had to have a defective plug in the bathroom replaced, which they did the same day we reported it. Short walk and shuttle service for Universal Studios Amusement Park which is the main reason we stayed there. All in all, a good hotel. Pricing is not necessarily budget friendly. We would stay there again if we go back to Universal."

"Great place and a reasonable price. Stuff is just a little bit outdated but it added to the charm. Definitely go check out the hidden koi pond too. My only complaint was that the wi-fi wasn't great. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our one night here ! Close to universal , clean, and bed was comfortable! Did the Warner brothers tour the day after and it was beyond convenient! Loved trying the local grub, big boys so iconic !!"
