"Checkin was smooth but our room was freezing- an issue with the heating and cooling system. This was dealt with with amazing speed and a portable heater was provided. I must note that this was a FANTASTIC portable heater that we can't wait to purchase for our cabin.....silent and very effective. The dining room was lovely and afer a week of pub food on our driving vacay, was a delight to eat big-people food for a change. Rossand itself is beautiful. We woudl stay again in a heartbeat."

"The lower level unit was incredibly convenient for our mountain bike trip. We rode most days from the condo and drove a couple of others. Was a very short drive to town and so incredibly convenient. MTB storage was great and the unit is comfortable with kitchen and living area all in one space, washer/dryer in a pretty large laundry room, bathroom, and bedroom. We had about all we needed. No one was staying above and it was very quiet and just easy."
