"Loved the location. Super close to my favorite restaurant there. The cabin was super cute. My kid loved the little creek to play in and the swing to swing on. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We appreciated the coffee and the sugar they had available, since I forgot to bring that. There was a milk frother with the coffee maker and I enjoyed my latte. I would have liked a couple more towels. "This property is beautifully decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Backyard is a special plus, with the creek, firepit and hot tub. We did have difficulty kerping the hot tub up to temperature, but the property manager quickly responded when notified of the issue."

"Just like the title says… quiet, comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and the house was as advertised. Ethan, the host was a text away if there were any issues which there weren’t. I was in town for work and actually booked a second week while staying there. 10/10 will book again if available when I come back."

"House was as advertised. Rooms were spacious enough for adding pack-plays for infants. Basement bedroom was also great. They had air hockey and ping ping ball tables and washer and dryer. Best part was the big back yard that was fenced in with a great deck and charcoal grill. We also used the fire pit. Owner was very responsive and accommodated our needs. Would definitely stay again."

"This house worked out great for us! We had two families sharing the house. Bedrooms/bathrooms worked perfectly. House was clean and as pictured. Note, hot tub and coffee maker were not there when we stayed. The extra bonus is how close the house is to Franklin's downtown area. Such a great downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, parks! We enjoyed that. The manager's communication was excellent and he was great to work with. We would definitely stay again!"
