You can enjoy the large gathering room overlooking a beautiful pond that is surrounded by trees. Take a ride on the paddle boat and throw your fishing line in to catch catfish, bluegill, and wide mouth bass. Eleven acres of trails make for a nice nature walk. In the cold , you can enjoy your cup of coffee by the fireplace that's in the large room we call, The sanctuary. In the hot summers you will be able to go swimming in the pond. If you enjoy kayaking, we have a kayak you can take out and experience a relaxing time on the water. This is not just a vacation home but it is a vacation destination. This is a getaway for any seasons. The Brown County fall season is something everyone should experience and this the perfect property to take it all in. Guests will enjoy staying at our place The Sanctuary. We have a beautiful house where each bedroom has its own bathroom. The gathering space is a great place to relax, look out the windows and door by the fire. Take your drinks outside to the large porch and deck. You can sit in a rocking chair or have dinner on the large table on the porch. We live close to a Dollar General. The location is convenient to tours of Columbus architecture, downtown Nashville and to both entrances of Brown County State Park as well as a rural drag strip with local color. We enjoyed the fire pit and a meandering one mile hike through the 14 acre woods. Runners will appreciate low traffic roads and rolling hills with shady tree lined sections. Gorgeous porch to relax on and large family room for group gatherings. The house is on a beautiful piece of land and has a perfect set up for a gathering of friends. The homeowners are amazing - very responsive and helpful. The home was clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, 2 living spaces, a large kitchen for all to gather in and a large space outside to play. The kids had fun on the paddle boards and kayak. We had some rainy weather. When it was nice out we played outside on the property and went to Brown County State Park to hike.
