"The Island Guesthouse was the perfect place to stay for our quick trip out of town! Our room was so clean and extremely well-maintained. It was really nice because it was away from all the in-season crowds but still close to the beaches and more touristy areas. The whole hotel has a lot of personality and really had We really, really liked it here and we definitely be back for a next trip to the Outer Banks!"

"I booked a room and something happened with the reservation but the front desk attendant was very helpful so I was still able to get the room. When I got to my room it was very clean and the AC was full blast which was very nice. Breakfast was good but somewhat crowded. The location made my first visit to OBX nice and I look forward to visiting again. Ps: the beach is right up the stairs from the parking lot."

"We spend every Fourth of July in the Outer Banks, and this was hands down our favorite place we've stayed! It was the perfect cottage for our family of five (plus our Golden Retriever).The cottage was cozy, spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. One of our favorite parts was the easy beach access, which made trips back and forth with three kids and our dog so simple. We also loved being just minutes from our favorite Outer Banks restaurant, Tortuga's Lie. We usually rent a larger home with a pool, so we were a little nervous we'd miss that amenity—but honestly, we didn't miss it one bit! We had perfect beach weather all week, and the cottage was within walking distance of mini golf, great restaurants, and ice cream, making it an ideal location for our family.As an added bonus, it had the best view of the Fourth of July fireworks show we've ever had in all our years coming to the Outer Banks. It made an already special tradition even more memorable.We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. You can tell they truly care about their guests' experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, family-friendly place to enjoy the Outer Banks!"

"Perfect oceanfront location! Very private and cozy feeling. Very well appointed kitchen! Lots of pans and bowls! Also, easy access ti everything. Breakers is a gem. Fantastic customer service, we had some confusion with remotes but, it was taken care of right away, same day. Thank for the memories!"

"Sea Spray Cottage #2 was super cute! My family of 5 enjoyed staying there for the long 4th of July weekend! The outdoor shower, the walkable distance to the beach and Jockey’s Ridge Park, and seeing fireworks from the front porch were all great perks!"

"Home had everything we needed and then some. Kitchen was very well equipped; beds and pillows very comfortable; and convenience of a washer/dryer was appreciated. It was a short walk to the beach over a set of stairs with a platform and seats overlooking the beach. Great for evening and early morning coffee. There are many restaurants, seafood shops and grocery stores in the vicinity— no need to venture out to the busy main road. We enjoyed every minute of our week and hated it to end! Thank you for a great time!"
