We were able to check in early and when we had trouble getting our door code to work, they were able to help us right away when we called. The only main issue we had was that the bedding was extremely stained. We had to go to Target and get new bedding to sleep on because it was that bad. "The location of this hotel was perfect. We loved being able to walk out the sliding door of our room directly onto the beach. The outside chairs on the patio were a bonus to sit in and relax without getting into the sand. The room was very clean and the check-in staff were very friendly. The check-out was very convenient, too, with being able to use a text or email to let them know that you have checked out. If we are ever back in this area again, this is the place we would stay."

We were initially wary due to the lack of linens especially as guests who were flying in, but rented them and it was honestly quite simple. Would highly rec this place."

"Very nice community to be a part of for a week. My family felt very welcomed and my 10 and 3 year old loved the clean well maintained pools nearby. With 2 community pools it was nice to be able to see if one pool was less crowded. One day we had a whole pool to ourselves for hours! The location was perfect, with sound side and ocean side beaches less than 5 mins away by car and plenty of touristy things in the area too. The house was nice and well maintained and accurate to the pictures."

One of the bath tubs was missing a plug which was a little inconvenient for putting kids in the bath, the bedroom we used had some dust bunnies in the corners and the dresser kept sticking, no major issues though. It also got hot at night, everyone we stayed with woke up sweating and checking on the thermostat so recommend bringing a fan. But it had great access to the beach was at great location for restaurants"

"Location location location. Uncrowded beaches. Ocean just over the dunes. Close to seafood & shops and away from the bypass. This place is perfectly located for everything you need within reach. Kitchen utensils and a few dishes were not clean, probably due to previous guests, however we just washed everything through the dishwasher when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great beach house. It was easy to communicate and check in was a breeze. It's your basic beach house. Definitely would recommend to bring kitchen items if you plan to cook. It did not have a beach view as advertised, it was 1 block out. I struggled getting our beach things down the block and up the stairs to the beach. Otherwise, we enjoyed being near the ice cream shops and had a great time. Thank you!"
