The “resort” was okay. The tour thru the butterfly and frog sanctuary was nice. The food options were not the greatest; pricey and average. The hotel is clean, however, the pool, restrooms and certain areas are run down. There are certain things that could be prioritized, like a toilet seat!
We made the best of it but will probably not return.

The staff was amazing and friendly they answered all my questions and if they didnt know they would find out, i would stay here over and over again. I felt safe, place was kept clean and the piano playing was an excellent highlight for me warm and cozy place to stay.
