Once you arrive at this property you will find it hard to leave. Set up to enjoy the best of summer living, perfect for one or two families. The highlight of the property is the large 9.5 metre solar heated pool and gas heated spa. The beach is located within an easy 15 minute walk, with the Torquay and Torquay North shops and restaurants within walking or riding distance. You will spend hours upon hours enjoying the pool and relaxing on the poolside deck, which are basked in sun all day long. If you need a reprieve from the sun, the outdoor lounge area is perfect. Whilst still looking directly onto the pool area you can sit back and relax in the swing chairs or lounge seats and watch whatever takes your fancy on the outdoor smart TV with Netfix and YouTube. Inside you will find two huge open plan living areas. The downstairs lounge area is perfect for teens and children with polished concrete floors, huge L-shaped lounge, smart TV, books, games and a PS4. Upstairs you will find the main open-plan living and dining areas. The large kitchen includes all new appliances including a huge 3 metre stone bench with breakfast bar setting, plumbed fridge with water and automatic ice maker (perfect for cocktails on the deck!), gas stove top and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area includes a large custom designed American oak dining table with seating for 10, ideal for large groups. The open plan living area includes a large L-shaped lounge, split air-conditioner, real fire place, and large smart TV. Stepping out onto the upstairs deck you will find a fabulous outdoor dining table for 8, looking onto the sea and with views through to the Portsea heads. The upstairs deck also includes a Weber, just want’s needed for summer BBQs. All four double bedrooms are located downstairs with WIR or BIRs. The master bedroom includes a large WIR and newly renovated en-suite with large open rain shower and custom double vanity. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed with BIRs. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed with BIRs. Bedroom 4 includes two single beds with BIRs. The newly renovated main bathroom includes open rain shower, large bath and custom vanity.
