We like how clean the room was but the bedroom was too cold ,it was 6 degrees at night the bed has a thin blanket , no decent doona and no heating we couldn't sleep ,the next morning we asked for extra blanket ,which were given to us.

We had a little issue when we first checked in as the room we were given was under maintenance. Thankfully, the manager was very nice and kindly offered to upgrade us to another room, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a nice stay, although we were a little disappointed with the parking situation. Just because you have a room booked doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have a secured car park. Parking is first come, first served, and if there are no available spaces, guests are advised to park at the public beach parking across the road. The indoor pool was also quite cold, so we didn’t really get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Apart from those things, we still had a pleasant stay and really appreciated how the manager handled our room issue.

Room were very clean with a Beautiful view of the Ocean with no balcony which was disappointing. The pool was nice. Staff were not really helpful, staff member was too busy chewing gum when trying to show me directions of the carpark. Staff in general were preoccupied with their mobile phones at reception. Had to call twice for extra pillows And a bed topper which weren’t delivered. The bed was very uncomfortable bc there were 2 single Beds pushed together with no bed topper or zipped beds. Didn’t sleep all night, tv audio turned on automatically at around 3.30am both nights.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and very approachable.. the room was well decorated with modern furniture. The only thing I didn't like is that the slight smell inside the room. We enjoyed our stay and we will definutely come back again.
