I came for TIFF and the location worked great. The room was clean and comfortable. However the bathroom door was too heavy and that was a bit annoying.

Great location in a lively area. Close to Rogers Centre and even closer to the theaters. The clean lines and modern design and furniture were great. Lots of storage for our clothes and personal items. The bathroom door needed a doorstop to allow steam to dissipate. Also, some attention to post renovation clean up required (drywall mud on window sills and ceiling by window). Attention to detail on this build was otherwise amazing. Kudos. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for clean, modern and don't need in-hotel amenities. In this area there are so many dining and drinking options.

It's a great place to stay. It's classy, close to everything, and the Penthouse floor is very good value. I will stay here again.

Great location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The high, deep tub made it challenging to get in and out of the shower. Not suitable for individuals with mobility problems. Otherwise, a nice stay overall.

Overall, I had a comfortable stay. Generally well-maintained, although the bathroom could have used a thorough clean (lots of little hairs in the bathtub).

Perfect Location

This was a pleasure trip and I wanted to be near the Arena's. 100% perfect location! Clean, easy to access, affordable and a less than 15 min walk to HHOF, Scotia Arena and the Roger Center. If you like Pizza, Grand Assembly is right across the street. Well worth it!

I’ve stayed at sonders in Brooklyn NY and did not like my stay at all but loved my stay at this location very clean and comfortable all the amenities that I needed were included! Great location as well a walk away from food, shopping, transportation and groceries. Only thing is the floor to ceiling windows on the first floor should have curtains/blinds but other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Would book this place again

Great location if you are seeing a concert or going to a game. Washroom set up is weird and the pillows weren’t comfortable.

Nice hotel with good accommodation even tho there is no in-person staff. Worst part is that the walls are thin and you can hear every noise from the city to the neighboring room. They provide earplugs but I cant sleep with those in.

Great, centrally located property. A few small glitches, including no garbage pail or hairdryer in the room. Then a big glitch, overhead flooding in the bathroom requiring I changed rooms 😱 however everything was handled quickly and seamlessly by the gracious staff.

Location was definitely excellent. Close to everything being in the Entertainment district of DT Toronto. Short walk from union station, close to the ball park and transit, etc. The area is probably for the younger crowd - noisy every evening with bars and night clubs just below you and with trucks and coming and going at all hours of the night. We are in our mid-50s and not in the "scene" anymore - Lol... Ask of a room in the back of the building or a higher floor may help with noise. Had problems with the mobile key working and not working, but I think they had some of their staff working the front area during the day.

The area was great with an AWESOME pizza place just across the road and a quaint little bar right beside the front entrance. It was within walking distance of the Art Gallery, Scotiabank Theater and Union Station which was pivotal to our trip. Checking in was a little more complicated than I would have liked but after we were able to get in everything was smooth from there.

It was really convenient to have coded entry. The area felt safe and had lots going on. The room was small though and I found it odd that the entire bathroom was just frosted glass. Would be okay if it was a single or a couple staying but probably not ideal for friends. Had a slight issue with the tub on the last morning but I used the app chat function and they were very friendly and responsive.

Very spacious room and very comfortable bed, sofa and surprisingly quiet for a city hotel! Once you understand the way the staff less thing works, it's easy, but in fact there was a guy on the door to help and inform at the door when we arrived and departed the next day. Only minor thing was that the coffee machine in the room was missing the right coffee in the morning. Not the end of the world, I had tea! Super cool decor too!🙂
