Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. The rate was also very reasonable. There are a couple good restaurants within walking distance to the property depending on your tastes plus several that you could drive to in a couple minutes. It was being converted over to a Marriott property and there were some renovations being done so it will not be the Newmarket hotel & suites within a few weeks.
