I was disappointed with this hotel. Especially because it is a VIP Access. I had higher expectations. The room I received had stains on the curtain, couch, and the carpet floor. The ceiling in the bathroom had a hole in it. Room service did come every day, but they did not restock the toilet paper. We had no extra roll, after I used the spare. In addition, the breakfast included for this property should be removed! Breakfast is not included! I was expecting to have a meal for breakfast, such as eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. If you are expecting the same thing as me then you will need to pay $8 per plate. The “breakfast included” is pastries, drinks (coffee, orange juice, and anpple juice) and one cereal option. The staff was not rude but they weren’t above and beyond. I was never greeted when entering or leaving the hotel. What did I like? The location. The Walmart is next door and there are stores and restaurants nearby. Hope this helps someone.

The hotel was convenient for our stay, however, the hotel itself is a bit dated in the rooms. We stayed here in 2009 when we were attending a wedding and the rooms were great. Which is why I booked us in again this year, however the rooms don't look like they changed since 2009. Found that the bathroom was adequate with very dated wallpaper peeling in some areas. Restaurant onsite didn't have a large selection for dinner, but the food was good. Breakfast wasn't great, but it did the job if you were in a hurry. Our in-room safe didn't work as it said it had lo-battery light. Informed Front Desk, but it never got fixed for the three nights we were in the hotel. That was a pain point for us as we had to take our valuables with us on our daily excursions
