« Reserved 4 nights to attend Scottish Highland games.After leaving elevator on 2nd floor along the corridor witnesses couple of house keeping carts left off by the walls loaded with dirty towels,sheets,sleeping pillows fell onto the dirty carpets.We were shocked because we might sleep on 1 of them later ,room, bathroom were dirty carpet was not vacuumed .Called the manager to learn why everything were in a mess Answer was disappointing, he was defending house keeping employee shortage, rooms...
