The Hotel was ideally located for our trip to St. John, easy on and off the major freeway to all the places we wanted to explore. The room was clean and up to date plenty of places to charge your electronics. The best thing about the Chateau was the staff, Rachel at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The lady who made our coffee and served us our breakfast in the morning was delightful, friendly and cheerful a great way to start your day. We are sorry but we can't remember what her name was, it was like having your Mom take care of you in the morning. If we ever travel back to St. John we will definitely be staying at the Chateau.

Staff were very welcoming and check in and out process very easy and quick.

Friendly staff. Good food. Excellent location to wharf, shops and restaurants. A short drive to Kingsbrae and crossing to Ministers Island. The room we were in was at front of building. Could hear music from bar/restaurant but music off at 9pm. Could be noisy from street traffic and pedestrians during busier season. Lovely little private balcony. Not much a view but walk across street to wharf area. We enjoyed our stay at Kennedy. Good parking area close by.

Fantastic hotel. 2 stars, perhaps, but 5 star stay and here's why. The staff: polite, friendly and appeared to really enjoy their job and coworkers. They were happy to answer my questions and offer assistance. The property: well kept, clean and safe with plenty of onsite parkingincluding reserved spots for 1st floor suites.. The room: absolutely updated furnishings, clean linens, fresh paint and an updated clean bathroom I wasn't afraid to take a shower in. The TV and internet worked well (this has been a problem in other hotels for me). Each room has a fridge and microwave which was convenient. Free breakfast: food was hot and good. Great selection of eggs, sausages, toast, muffins, made to order pancakes, coffee selections, cereals, yogurts, juices, fruit and so much more. Pet friendly: made it very easy for me to travel with my companion. Plenty of grassy areas to walk them without leaving the property. There were plenty of conveniences within walking distance including places to eat.
