"While the ocean was visible from the room and the room was pretty nice inside the hotel aesthetics are old and need to be updated. It looks like an abandoned hotel on the outside the check-in desk person is not always there although it looks like she lives on the property. The plumbing needs to be updated. I had to plunge the toilet. There was a plunger in the bathroom so they knew about the plumbing issues. I stayed on the bottom of the hotel and they were lots of noises upstairs and noises in general on the property. I had a good night rest because the beds are very soft and the pillows is fluffy and I was glad to see the ocean in the morning and at night the lights that lit up the island I think the nightly rate is too expensive for what I saw while on the property, but it’s cheaper compared to other places and a good value"

"This property is stunning! We were extremely happy with our room, the pool and jet ski rentals. My only wish is that they had more food options- in the many restaurants they have. I highly recommend the Westin! I have a full video of it on my travel account on TikTok!"

"The rooms are very old and dingy. The shower was sort of gross and floor was peeling. The AC worked good and the bed was comfortable so those two things met our needs but this is not a hotel I will ever come back to. Location was a plus but just be prepared this hotel needs work done on its rooms. "

"A lot of stairs. Room was not cleaned upon request. Same sheets/towels for 9 days. Had to request toilet paper. Have stayed at several places in the area and I have never rated anything this horrible. Could not wait to leave. Parking was always a challenge. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was special. First day bagel was moldy. Offers bagels muffins jello bananas cranberry juice and coffee. Sometimes cereals. No milk. "
