The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the walls are pretty thin so if someone in the room next to you is having a loud conversation or watching the tv you will hear it all.

The room was clean and updated. There is an attached bar and grill. It is small but has nice staff and good food. The hotel also has a nicely lit courtyard where we sat and had a couple drinks. The parking is limited and there is a noisy nightclub next door. Good place to stay for a night or two.

The room I was assigned at first was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable, but the air conditioning was having some issues. So I went to the receptionist and she was able to change my room for one that had working air conditioning. The receptionist was super helpful and patient with me, which I deeply appreciated. My stay at Starz Hotel was overall lovely and comfortable.

The front desk girl was surly and unhelpful. The bar around the corner played loud music until midnight. The hotel is built straight up on a small space. Only stairs available . Rooms are teeny and good for 1 person, maybe 2 if you sleep tight. Every thing was clean tho, air worked, but not the tv. Worked for one night to get to the airport. If you are fussy don't go here

I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. Someone at the hotel gave us the phone number of a local taxi driver. We are truly appreciative of this gesture. The location was conveniently located to most establishments. If these issues are corrected, we would definitely come back to the Starz Hotel in STT. Next time we would definitely rent a car.
