"The room had no microwave, no refrigerator I almost clawed on fire when I plug something up. You can hear every word people saying in a room next door or in the hall."

"The express check-in was easy to use and I was able to check in early (for a fee). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My only issue was that the bathroom did not have a receptacle to plug in a hair dryer or flat iron. "

"We stayed in the Bourdeaux towers Lemans suite and it was spacious and clean. Hotel is in great location and we loved the pool! Lots of good restaurants in the hotel as well. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly."

"Everything was great except that the pool closed at 5pm and all food except for pizza closed by 10pm other than room service. ( This was on a Thursday) Maybe that was by design but we were shocked and not happy about that. The room was excellent. The fountain view was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Clean room. Pool was filled with pieces of trash and was cold and unenjoyable. They also charged me $27 for a single drink that had almost zero alcohol in it. The shoppes were the only good part of the resort. Don’t expect anything complimentary even after paying $1800 to stay there for a few nights. "

"A lot of hate for this hotel I imagine is solely based on location, well we had a great time, they upgraded us to the tower suite, this hotel isn’t crazy packed like others and is quiet. $5 breakfast across the street is meh but cheap, I enjoyed it and would even recommend staying here, easy access, easy to get around, I very much so enjoyed my stay for the week "

"Check in and parking is a nightmare. Self check in is a horrible idea. Someone in the elevator even said something. Not a lot of staff to help. But the bed was soft, room clean and had a fridge. Weird thing is I called and was told my room didn’t have a fridge. Ioi. It’s cheap so for Vegas it’s not a bad price. I think ??? Wait, oh yeah I forgot… they took my card but I still have no idea what I paid for the room. No receipt or even a number at check in. So I hope ……"
