"Staff is very nice"

"Easy access to the airport. Shuttle every 20 minutes makes it really convenient. We were just staying overnight after a trip to Puerto Rico as our flight arrived quite late. We needed to catch a flight the next morning. Was quite disappointed that the complimentary water jar in the lobby was empty when we got there, granted we came in around 11:00 pm. I could have used a good refreshing drink. Breakfast was a good spread, really appreciated as we did not have dinner the evening we arrived. Appreciated how quiet it was despite its close proximity to the airport. We usually choose Hyatt because it is pet friendly. Did not travel with a pet this time, but chose to stay in one anyway. "

"I had a great stay here it was nice and quiet for the most part. The staff were all very friendly! The only small problem I ran into was there was just a bit of a mildew in the bathroom which caused a little bit of a smell at first but the fan worked fine and it wasn’t anything terrible or concerning. "

"I didn't think it was too much of a problem but the valet got my information wrong so Clayton upgraded me to the top floor corner Suite that had the best view of everything in Dallas I couldn't have asked for a better room"
