"We loved our stay at the West Bay Beach Club! Our suite was amazing and more than expected. The full kitchen, laundry, and living space were wonderful. The beach was beautiful and we loved that the staff helped us find a spot and also set our beach chairs up with a towel to lay on and another towel. The WBBC staff were particularly fantasitic to work with, so friendly, helpful, and fun to talk with. Special thanks to Franz, Lorenzo, Roosevelt, and Petrona."

"My family of 4 stayed at Coral Gardens for in early June 2024. We loved the location and the amount of space. We loved all of the room and the amazing ocean view we had at Coral Gardens! Coral Gardens was very clean, the A/C worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of chairs with umbrellas on the beach and fresh towels were provided at the desk by the beach. Snorkeling by the resort is amazing! It was nice not having to drive or take a boat anywhere else to experience wonderful snorkeling. We saw a spotted eagle ray, a turtle, stingrays, parrot fish, barracuda, and lots of other pretty fish and coral. The location was convenient with a rental car. The Somewhere Bar and Restaurant is on property and Jojo’s/Dune is next door at Windsong. We only had to drive a short distance to many other dining options. Our only complaints about the property are that we had several burned out lightbulbs, making one of the bedrooms very dark, and one of the toilets didn’t flush well (we had to hold the handle down and flush twice). The large soaking tub in the master bath looked nice but wouldn’t fill up because the drain plug leaked water. There was a little construction noise from next door but it wasn’t bad. One morning, there was a lot of noise and gas fumes that we could smell from our balcony, but I think they were doing something on property (landscaping possibly). Overall, we really enjoyed staying at Coral Gardens and we would return. "

"Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well. The bar-restaurant had nice lunch items the complimentary breakfast each day was good and a nice selection. There was good live entertainment by the beach almost every night, and the fire pits were all lit by the sea. We visited several of the surrounding resorts for dinner and Grace Bay was by far the best all-around from our perspective. We were greeted when we arrived and did not have to wait long at all before we were in our room. The bellman showed us through the room and shared specific information about the resort. There was a nice welcome letter for us outlining hours of operation and the amenities on site. I would recommend booking your excursions through the hotel concierge. The ones we booked through them were the best! For our catamaran excursion they picked us up right on the beach in front of the resort. It was so convenient. The only thing I could even say that was not just 10 was the beach service was not very attentive but the pool service was. We were not that impressed with the Infiniti restaurant for dinner. The food was subpar but the service was great. "

"Our stay was excellent! Luz was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach was right across the street and a there is a great reef for snorkeling a little walk down the beach. If you want to stay where there are no crowds, this place is perfect! Pools were refreshing and it is a very fair price for the location. Thank you"
