Clean well maintained property. Ocean view was breathtaking. Ocean is so clean and we were swimming with different colored fish. Special thanks to property manager Nicola, she helped us with changing our reservation to better accommodate my husband needs who is disabled. Worked out perfect! We will return to this place next year.

What an absolutely perfect spot. From the moment we entered the property we were in paradise. The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The view cannot be beat. Being on the reef, if you get close to it you can see all the beautiful fish without even using snorkeling gear, which of course is provided for a truly nominal cost. The shuttle to the grocery store is very convenient. The food is good. If I were to go back to the island I wouldn’t even shop other properties I would just book here. Thank you all for an excellent stay!!

Our stay at the palms was everything we had hoped for! The grounds were beautiful and staff were welcoming. Service at the beach and pool were top notch. Dinner at Parallel 23 was amazing. Will be back!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The villa was stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and perfect for our family. Every detail was thoughtfully maintained, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The beach was simply breathtaking. The ocean was a brilliant turquoise, the sand was soft, white, and pristine, and the entire shoreline was impeccably clean with no seaweed in sight. It felt like a dream and was one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. What made our experience even more special was the care shown to my mother, who uses a wheelchair. The staff was incredibly accommodating and assisted us with everything we needed, ensuring she could fully enjoy her vacation. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended for families looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and truly exceptional vacation experience.
