« Personne pour l'accueil. Personnel est parti pendant 30 mn à 19h15... pas normal. L'hôtel accueil les chuens qui aboient toute la nuit surtout quand on a la chambre contiguë. »

« The beds are very old box spring beds and pop every time you move. Fridge doesn't cool enough, The cable went out. Only 2 small towels provided. We stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room once. It was quiet and clean. The grounds and pool seemed ok. We didn't use them though. »

« I usually book here when I plan to go to Saboba Casino. I’ve been staying here for a long time. Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them. »

« The room had bugs crawling everywhere and I got moved to a different room that had dirty bed frames with big black spots and burnt bed sheets, also the tv’s were not working and the door looked off the hinges. »

« Check in wasn’t the best. They wanted additional deposit for “insurance” after I already bought trip insurance. Remote was broken. 1 1/2 inch gap in entrance door. Blackout curtains didn’t reach the floor so there was always light shining in. Dead cockroach on floor by bed. Toilet roll holder broken just tp on countertop. Floor looked new. Fairly quiet. Check out was good. I would not book there again too many nicer better hotels in 20 mile radius. Stay at one of those so you don’t have to waste...
