« We always have a great time there but just noticed how small the TV was, since it was the first time after many stays to actually use it. I suggest upgrading to a larger TV and adding a small microwave to the rooms. There is a fridge but no microwave to warm the food. The location and atmosphere of the property is unbeatable. Overall, it is our choice after trying multiple other hotels in Temecula wine country. »

« Personne pour l'accueil. Personnel est parti pendant 30 mn à 19h15... pas normal. L'hôtel accueil les chuens qui aboient toute la nuit surtout quand on a la chambre contiguë. »

« The location was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I was unable to sleep after about 6am due to the sound of clanking and banging (feet maybe) above me and in the hallway. The hotel needs to work on sound proofing. Even in budget hotels, this has not been an issue. I was super tired after a 485 mile road trip and really needed to sleep. »

« The hotel was not what we expected for the price we had to pay. Our hotel room faced the freeway which caused loud noises all day and night. There was a huge crack in the window that extended the full length of the window. The bathroom sink had a smell coming from it, which upon further inspection seemed to be mold. The mold was also in the shower, on the faucet, shower head, and tiles. The shower head water pressure was so low that the shower never felt warm. Unfortunately, this made our stay...

« Left an item in the closet. Did not realize it until we got home. Left a message and was told it would be 2-3 days before they would call back. The clerk said that they have the clothing and will mail it back. I was expecting to pay for postage. The clerk said no charge and expect it in a few days. I booked a back to back stay. The second day I was locked out. The desk activated my key. The other key was totally dead. They had to replace the card. »
