"Our room was not available so they have transfer us two different rooms it was very outdated and very dark I was not satisfied so they eventually moved us to a room that was similar as to what I had reserved that did make me happy and please however they need to get handicap bars in the shower and by the bath toilet and they need to have an update I Believe on especially that room that they were going to put us in it was dark and dreary and very old appointed"

"Great stay and property to stay close to some things to do in San Clemente. Would stay again. They are undergoing some remodeling this property used to be a best western. They have breakfast and have parking onsite. This can fill up quick. I would say they do need an elevator to second floor. Also the room we stayed in was also nice with updates amenities and jacuzzi bathroom tub. The shower door had some issues would not close. Nice pool and hot tub. "

"The hotel is okay. Our room was very clean and we were surprised to find it had a fridge and microwave (it didn't appear in the room description when booked). The TV is tiny for the room size a couple of additional chars would be nice. The hotel is old and needs some updating. All the chairs in the dining area are torn. It is not that pricey to replace them and it would have lifted the stay experience. Our room faced the highway and it was noisy. The staff was very helpful and efficient."
