I booked at the last minute because I didn’t plan better. The first room I was in smelled like sewage but the front desk woman was SO kind and helpful and helped me change rooms, one of the best hotel front desk operators I’ve ever encountered

The hotel was great and conveniently located right off the freeway. Everything else about our stay was great. My only dislikes were the very strong smell in the room and the unpleasant smell around the stairs. Also, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers needed to be refilled or replaced. Other than those issues, we had a great stay and would consider staying here again.

My coworker and I have traveled frequently for work over the years and have stayed at many different hotels. For the past five or six months, we have been coming to this area regularly, and this has become the hotel we always choose. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Kathy at the front desk always makes our check-in quick and easy, usually taking only a few seconds. Her friendly and professional service helps us feel at home every time we stay here. Thank you to Kathy and the entire hotel staff for their great service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

This room served its purpose. We were meeting friends for a wine tour and this was a convenient not too expensive option. Nice staff, large room, quiet, clean for the most part. Our room was acceptable but there were a lot of spider webs hanging from the ceiling and windows. I had to get on a chair and swing a towel around to clean them up, can't sleep with spiders hovering over my bed or chair. Other than that the place seemed clean.
