« Anh was a wonderful host from the very beginning, and everything about our stay was perfect! Our flight was cancelled and so we ended up getting in very late with no time to stop at a shop for provisions, but there was coffee, cream and even sweetened condensed milk for my coffee in the morning and its just these little things that can make a big difference when you are far away from home! The property is wonderful and everything was clean and worked well, having access to laundry is a lifesaver...

« This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

« Property needs improvement. A few cheap upgrades would have made a big difference. Floor vents looked moldy. Shower head on top floor did not work. Had towels and pillows stuffed in cracks for insulation. They had turned brown and looked unsanitary. Back patio is not functional. Should not advertise as patio. Too small for any activity and sorrounded »
