We didn't notice any foreign guests while we were there, but we would definitely recommend it to foreigners. The best part of our stay was the breakfast, we loved the food and the ladies were very welcoming and nice. The best onigiris and miso soup we tried in all our stay in Japan. We would definitely book toyoko inn again. "
