The hotel view was the primary reason I chose this hotel. It did not dissapoint! Me! The room was clean and the staff was polite. There is a shuttle bus running to and from the nearest subway station for most of the day.

We received a good sized run with two double bed (unfortunately, no king sized bed). The view to the castle is excellent. Breakfast is reasonable, but not great. Staff were very helpful.

Osaka Castle across the street.

Everything was great, but the bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped, I woke up with back pain...besides that everything was great. The view is spectacular.

I can't get over how amazing my stay was. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly and assisted me with everything I needed. The amenities and services were top-notch, and I loved the manga area. The room and sheets were spotless, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. And don't even get me started on the breathtaking view of Osaka Castle at night!

Nice and happy stay

The room is bigger than the hotel I stayed in Tokyo even though it is still smaller than in the other countries. Amazing castle view from my room. Very clean and nice environment around the hotel. There is shuttle bus at each 15 minutes which make convenient to take subways. Front desk is very friendly and helpful.

Great location with an amazing view. I loved the breakfast buffet options and will recommend my friends and family to check this hotel out when they visit Osaka. I wish that I knew about the complementary hotel shuttle service beforehand so I didn't have to carry my bags all the way from the station!

Hotel is outdated and need a remodel. Breakfast is not as expected, pretty pricey for what is offered. Location is close to Osaka castle but far from main touristic areas. The shuttle to subway is a nice addition but when you don't have the shuttle the hotel is a bit far from transportation so definitely worth considering another location. Staff is great. Very limited dining options around.

The view from the room is amazing because it overlooks the Osaka Castle, but the water coming out from the faucet and shower stink. They have water filtered dispensers on every floor. My wife didn't know until we went out and she filled up the hot water heater/dispenser with it every time after we saw it. She said that the water tasted weird. The first night I showered I told my wife it stunk and she took a shower and said the same thing and she said the water stunk coming out of the sink faucet. The furniture in the room is also uncomfortable. The chairs they had were low and the cushioning was poor. The beds were not comfortable either and I ended up with a sore back. The shuttle bus was a nice service and the staff was nice, but the water and the furniture have to be seriously looked at. I probably would not stay there again.

Nice view of castle. Good size room. Lots of noise from beer garden below room until 9pm. Also hear music coming from hallway. Ok laundry area. Manga corner lacks seating and has sign warning against taking manga. Not sure how to use?

思ったより部屋が広めで、キャリー広げっぱでも邪魔にならず 普段ホテルで寝付きにくいタイプですがなんかぐっすり寝れました。 部屋もきれいだったと思います。 借りた加湿器が水漏れしたが、すぐに交換してくれて対応も感じ良かったです。
