The front desk staff were bilingual, friendly, and made check-in very smooth, which I appreciated as a first-time visitor to Japan. Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but well-designed and comfortable. It worked perfectly as a place to rest between exploring Osaka and nearby areas. Everything felt modern, tidy, and easy to settle into. The location was excellent — only about one block from Temmabashi Station, which made getting around the city fast and simple. The neighborhood was calm and felt very safe, likely because the area feels more business-focused than tourist-heavy. For me, that was a plus. I enjoyed being able to return to a peaceful environment each night while still having quick access to transport and the rest of Osaka. The hotel also accepts major international credit cards, which made payment convenient. Overall, this was a great stay with reliable service, a clean room, and a quiet but convenient location. I’m including a short Japanese note below so the staff can read my thanks directly. The staff is extremely friendly and they speak English. They helped us with a WiFi issue during our stay and gave us recommendations for good local places to eat. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and located right next to a family mart and a subway station. Especially if you are a solo traveler it is the best option. Of the things I didnt like, my room was full of white flakes came from the AC. Two people cannot be standing up in the room at the same time. Booked for two people, but our room only had 1 pillow and towels. They gave a 2nd one on request, but it was removed by the cleaning service the next day. The TV is made for Japanese only with all VOD shows having low verbal columns and Japanese only subtitles. Staff does not speak English. Breakfast was the worst of the 6 hotels we stayed in while in Japan. Gave 2 stars because price was low.
