The Point is a new (2021) gated community in Playa Avellanas and this house is in a small sub-community of 8 houses located around a central pool. The home features a modern architecture with an open layout. The floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings provide an exceptionally bright and airy feel. Exotic tropical gardens and palms run throughout the community and the pool is just steps away from the door. Howler Monkeys can be heard in the background most evenings and Scarlet Macaws visit frequently.

You will have access to the entire house and detached apartment as well as the common areas (pool, bbq)

Steve can be reached through the airbnb app or by cell phone during the hours of 8:00AM to 8:00PM (CR time). For after hours onsite emergencies, please contact the front gate security staff - available 24/7. For all medical emergencies, call 911.
